Candidates should have recent single-pilot jet experience.
You'll initially fly a Citation CJ, with plans to transition to a CJ2+ or CJ3. All aircraft assigned to this position are certified for single-pilot operations. You may also have opportunities to support a Henderson (HND)-based Phenom 300. Working directly with the owner, you'll ensure every trip is safe, efficient, and delivered with exceptional service. Qualifications:
Must have recent single-pilot jet experience
Minimum 2800 hours total flight time, including:
250 hours as PIC
500 hours of multi
300 hours of jet
200 hours of instrument
FAA Commercial or Airline Transport Pilot (ATP) Certificate with appropriate category and class
Valid FAA 1st Class Medical Certificate
FCC Restricted Radiotelephone Operator Permit
FAA Instrument Rating
Valid U.S. passport and driver’s license
Current IFR knowledge and experience
Garmin 1000/3000 preferred
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
Job Requirements:
Ensure strict compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, checklists, and best practices.
Perform flight duties for up to 14 hours per day during trips for as many as 8 consecutive days, often crossing multiple time zones and navigating drastically different weather conditions.

Demonstrates strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, ensuring clarity in all interactions.

Exhibits physical readiness, including occasional lifting of objects up to 80 pounds.
Competent in working with animals, including handling and care before, during, and after flights.
Demonstrates a high degree of integrity and confidentiality.
Schedule:
This is a dedicated aircraft position supporting a private owner. The schedule is based on the owner's travel needs and will be fluid, with 8 hard days off per month. The owner is known for respecting pilots' family time and providing one of the industry's best work-life balances.
At times, your schedule will include days, nights, weekdays, weekends, and holidays. You will also be available for overnight trips, spending several days and nights away from home in hotels.
Salary and Perks:
Salary: $160,000-$180,000 annually
